**About the Role**:
Some of your main responsibilities will encompass overseeing major projects, ensuring their timely and budget-conscious execution. You will be optimising asset utilisation and fleet management which will be crucial in achieving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop and implement long term asset management strategies aligned with our organisational goals.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential, as you work together to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in contemporary evidence-based facilities and asset management practices will ensure we remain at the forefront of excellence.This role reports directly to the Deputy Commissioner, Organisational Capability and is part of the Executive Leadership team.

**About You**:

Your expertise in major projects, development, and assets and facilities management will be crucial in driving our infrastructure agenda.
