**Overview**

**Role Purpose**
This role is responsible for a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle and is the first point of contact for day-to-day queries across the business. The incumbent is required to provide high quality advisory support to internal and external stakeholders whilst promoting best practice HR initiatives.
**What you will be doing**
- Provide administrative support to the SVP People
- Provide HR support and guidance to Head Office and Senior Management teams with additional adhoc general administration assistance.
- Interpret legislation in relation to award and enterprise agreement entitlements
- Maintain and manage HR records and the employee database
- Act as Super user for HRIS, eArcu and Empower learning and provide proactive support to the region
- Support and assist in the implementation of central people projects focused on company growth.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, creating and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance/alignment with the relevant global/OSEA requirements.

**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience.
- Proficient communication, interpersonal skills, and other soft skills such as teamwork, problem solving and flexibility/adaptability.
- A positive working attitude, self-motivated and a strong desire to succeed.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgement, diplomacy, attention to detail and initiative to complete day to day tasks and to meet strict business deadlines.
