
Risk Support Officer

You support the delivery of the enterprise risk workplan to ensure the activities in our annual risk strategy are achieved.
- You will support key internal stakeholders to adopt the refreshed Risk Management Framework.
- You listen and analyse the needs and challenges of each business area, to support ongoing the ongoing identification of improvements to the Framework
- You help design and implement practical tools and templates that help the business to identify, assess and manage enterprise risk more effectively and efficiently, and improve the overall experience with working with the enterprise risk team
- You research and share relevant information and materials that would support the business with their risk assessment and discussions
Who you work with
- You work primarily with our Enterprise Risk Lead, supporting the delivery and execution of enterprise risk activities, frameworks and operational objectives.
- You collaborate with wider teams and functions such as Insurance, Insights and Analytics, Claims, Client Services Development Team, and Risk Advisory.
- You work collegiately and provide support to key stakeholders at all levels enterprise wide.
About you
- You are a self-starter, a keen learner and highly motivated professional ideally with an understanding/exposure or familiarity with risk management concepts, systems and frameworks.
- You have demonstrated experience playing a key role in coordination, planning and supporting business objectives, services and projects.
- An aptitude of researching, analysing, and presenting data.
- You are empathetic with be ability to build strong relationship with internal stakeholders
- You have the ability to communicate and translate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have experience reviewing and creating process designs, process mapping, optimisation with a focus on client experience and continuous improvement.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You are highly organised and are comfortable to work independently.
