**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform data entry and update records as necessary
- Provide general administrative support to various team members.
**The successful applicant should be**:
- Confident to learn and able to deal efficiently with general enquiries;
- Able to maintain a high standard of customer service when dealing with Customers and Suppliers;
- Able to speak and communicate well in English;
- Well organised, with efficient time management;
- Confident in working within a small independent office team;
- Capable in Outlook, Word, Excel;
- Confident to learn and use client-specific internet-based portals and data bases; and
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to multi-task efficiently.
Familiarity with the RIW portal is advantageous but not essential; we value the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
