As our sustained growth continues, we are looking for a talented and proactive Learning & Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will embed a culture of continuous learning and skill development to ensure our employees are amongst the best trained and most highly skilled construction employees in Australia.

**_ What you'll do:_**
- Assist the Head of People & Culture in defining and implementing the company’s learning and development strategy
- Lead the L&D Coordinator in the design and delivery of effective learning programs across onboarding, compliance, leadership development and skills training
- Drive evolution of our graduate program to ensure a leading offering is provided in a highly competitive industry
- Evaluate learning initiatives via KPIs, metrics, reporting and feedback
- Cultivate a culture of continual learning and professional development
- Ensure continuous improvement of our LMS and learning processes with the latest technology

**_ About you:_**
- A genuine passion for L&D
- Tertiary qualifications HR, Psychology or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in an L&D management role
- Thorough understanding of learning principles and instructional design
- Demonstrated achievement in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong knowledge of LMS (e.g Litmos) and other relevant e-learning tools
- Proven ability to determine skill gaps and training needs
- Advanced project management, stakeholder management, presentation, organisational, task management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced and outcomes-driven environment
