**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Hands-on in service, you'll be ensuring the smooth flow of venue operations. Leading by example, you’ll be managing shifts, ensuring attention to detail is evident throughout the venue, from operational processes, atmosphere, guest service, through to our exceptional food and beverage offerings.

Engaging and motivating those around you; you’ll oversee and help mentor a team of food & beverage professionals instilling Public’s personalised signature service for each of our guests and to the local community - CARE is at the forefront in everything we do.   

**ABOUT YOU**
- Guest service is in your DNA
- Minimum of 1 year venue management experience
- You are an adaptable, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail is essential.
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
