**About the Venue**

Lana is one of our 1 hatted restaurants where Executive Chef Alex Wong brings a combination of European / Asian cuisine with a touch of elegance and modernness. The venue itself is on level 1 of The heritage-listed Hinchliff House, upstairs from busy Italian restaurant Grana and 2 levels above teh Sicilian drinking den Apollonia.

The venue is feminine and fun, with pink marble bar and table tops, a DJ playing on the busy services, and a high end product offering. The team are experienced and passionate about guest experience and all things food and beverage.

**About the Role**

We are searching for a dynamic Assistant Venue Manager to join the team This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their leadership skills and is confident in running restaurant operations.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, some of your duties will include service briefings, team communications, daily timesheet approvals, driving team incentives, venue procedures, cash ups and reporting, on-job coaching, handling guest complaints and ensuring high end guest experience.

If you have previous hospitality experience, natural leadership abilities, and a positive 'can do' attitude - we would love for you to apply.

**Salary**: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
