As a Financial Planner at CareSuper, you will work closely with our members, providing personalised and comprehensive financial planning advice in a thoughtful and holistic manner. Due to the high demand for our services, your schedule will be likely be filled with pre-booked appointments, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional service. Additionally, your role will be supported by administrative assistance, including diary management, team administration, and paraplanning. **What you'll bring** We are looking for a team member who embodies exceptional customer service, reliability, adaptability, and a positive "can-do" attitude. You excel at communicating and prioritising your workload independently while being a team player. Your resourceful nature thrives in a fast-paced professional environment. As a Financial Planner with us, you will: - Generate statements of advice by undertaking consultative conversations with our members - Accommodate and respond to member queries across retirement planning, risk, investments, superannuation, debt management and estate planning. - Assist members with often complex decisions around the best way to protect and grow their wealth and structure their investments. - Conduct education seminars, face to face or online as required. - Attend workplace meetings and events when required. **About you** You also possess the following skills: - Be an experienced and qualified financial planner. - Deep experience in all aspects of retirement planning. - Have strong technical knowledge evidenced by appropriate qualifications (MUST have Advanced Diploma Financial Planning as minimum qualification (Financial Planning/ RG146 compliant). CFP, bachelor’s degree or other relevant higher qualification preferred) - Must have passed the industry exam. - Willingness to embrace change as our fund continues to grow and evolve. - Strong skills in simplifying complex information clearly and concisely. - A demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of people. **Why CareSuper?** Apart from our status as a high-performing Industry Super Fund and focus on providing high quality member customer service, we recognise that our staff are the drivers of our success.
