**Company Overview**

Our client operates in the Financial Services industry and offer an Investment & Wealth Management platform to their growing customer base, with offices based in Sydney. Due to a period of growth, they are now looking to double the headcount in their IT team.

**Role Overview**

The Data analyst is responsible for managing the data-related activities of third-party data into and out of the digital hub and the design and delivery of BI reports and insights for business users.

The Data Analyst works closely with peers in software engineering, production

support, and business stakeholders and is an integral part of creating and maintaining directives relating to the architecture and, day-to-day operations of the platform.
- Monitor and manage the corporate ETL engine facilitating the import and export of data between the firm and third parties
- Interrogate data feeds to identify and resolve data issues and noncompliance to data standards
- Respond and manage ETL alerts, debug, devise an action plan and communicate to stakeholders
- Liaise with third parties to design and build data feeds and/or integration
- Work with project teams to develop, plan and implement data feed changes in relation to platform developments
- Work with business users to design, build and support Power BI reports for internal use and clients

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience as a data analyst
- Ability to work autonomously
- Power BI Reporting
- Microsoft SQL server development (i.e. TSQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, replication)
- Microsoft SQL server management (i.e. configuration, replication, security, backup)
- Microsoft SQL server integration services (SSIS)
