We are currently recruiting *** **_PERMANENT PART TIME PRODUCTION OPERATORS_** to join us immediately. Our site is a state-of-the-art facility and is the largest manufacturer in regional Victoria with approximately 1,300 team members. **About the Job** Reporting to the Area Coordinator & Area Manager your duties may include but not be limited to: packing, quality control, machine operation, manual handling, general process work and general housekeeping. **Days/Hours available**: - Monday - Friday - Day Shift: Anywhere from 5:00am - 3:00pm (approx.) - Afternoon Shift: Anywhere from 2:30pm - Midnight (approx.) **About You** To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following abilities and personal attributes: - A positive attitude and the ability to take direction as required - Reliability - Professional and collaborative work approach - Be able to work both independently and as part of a team - A great work ethic and strong commitment to safe work practices at all times. - Proof of eligibility to work i.e. Birth Certificate or Passport **The benefits of working at DON?** - A safe and supportive working environment - Great discounts on our products and in our canteen - On the job training and support provided to be a safe and valued member of the team - Stable employment and income - Being part of a global organisation - Dedicated shuttle services between Castlemaine station and our site **About Us** The DON brand is Australia’s most loved smallgoods brand.
