**About the Role**
As a **Continuous Improvement Business Partner**, you will work with operational teams to **identify, develop, and implement improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and overall performance**.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead **cost reduction, efficiency, and productivity projects** across operations.
- Partner with teams to identify and implement **sustainable process improvements**.
- Use **data-driven decision-making** to track improvements and measure results.
- Work on **cross-functional projects**, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate **problem-solving sessions** to identify opportunities for waste reduction.
- Support and train teams on **CI methodologies and best practices**.

**About You**
You are a **results-driven problem solver** with:

- Experience in **continuous improvement OR project management** in an operational setting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to **identify and implement process improvements**.
- **Strong leadership and collaboration skills** to engage teams and drive change.
- Experience using **Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies** (highly regarded).
- The ability to work across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
