About the Company:
Evolve Scientific Recruitment are partnering with this pharmaceutical company to source a Quality Document Controller on a 6 month contract basis.

This role is located in Melbourne and is accessible by public transport. Flexible working arrangements may be available.

About the Role:
The duties of these positions include:

- Manage documentation
- Documents are received from customers that needs to be quality checked.
- Check the template is correct, references are correct, and that document aligns with CSL regulations,
- Communicating with the customer if errors need to be fixed
- Assigning effective date in system
- Assist customers with the system if needed
- Sending out of reports to customers

About You:
To be successful in this position you will have:

- Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualification plus relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with document management systems and databases, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet project deadlines
- Sound computer skills - experience using EDMS systems and Microsoft Office preferred
