**About Us**:
Terranova has been operating for over 30 years providing horticultural maintenance and landscaping services to high end strata properties ranging in size from small boutique buildings to some of Sydney’s largest and most prestigious strata complexes.

**About the Role**:
We require a full time Gardener/Horticulturalist to join our small friendly garden maintenance team. Two positions available: full time and casual.

The position is horticulture focused, daily activities include mowing, edging, hedging, blowing, pest and weed control and green waste removal.

You will have the ability to adapt to a high paced environment when required and also be able to work unsupervised and independently at times.

The majority of properties serviced are located in the inner city and southern part of Sydney.

**Skills & Experience - Essential**:

- Current drivers licence (to drive automatic ute) - careful driver with good driving record
- Proficient in use of power gardening equipment
- A responsible and positive attitude with enthusiasm for the role
- Good attention to detail
- High level of physical fitness
- Good work ethic - punctual, reliable and honest
- Excellent time management with ability to work to a schedule
- A friendly, outgoing manner with ability to communicate with onsite contacts and Building Managers

**Skills & Experience - Desirable**:

- Certificate 3 Horticulture or similar
- Good plant knowledge and identification
- WHS White Card with awareness of safety procedures at all times
- Familiar with operation and basic maintenance of irrigation systems or willing to learn
- Experience in soft landscape installations
- Previous strata maintenance experience or experience in large scale properties
- Any other relevant Certificates or Accreditation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
