As a **Facilities Coordinator **based at **Holsworthy, **you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities in the area. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager and other team members to ensure a high standard of maintenance and support services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building upkeep.
- Managing contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify areas that require attention and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Overseeing inventory management of facility supplies and equipment.
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of facility budgets.
- Collaborating with various departments to address their specific facility-related needs.
- Handling administrative tasks related to facilities management.
- **Australian Citizenship is mandatory.**:

- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in facilities management.
- A proactive and customer-oriented approach to ensure client satisfaction.
