- Rise to the challenge This established Northern Beaches based company is the peak representative body in the construction industry and is committed to supporting its members around safe work practices. They are looking for an Administration Officer in a full time 12-month contract capacity to coordinate and support the Financial Accountant with the Accounts Payable function and to be a general admin all-rounder.

- Being at the forefront of best practice and safety within the access industry this company provides a united voice for the industry, promoting the industry as the preferred and safest choice for carrying out work at heights. This is a fast-paced role where you'll need to utilise your attention to detail and multi-tasking skills to be successful in managing multiple projects, whilst maintaining a can-do attitude. You will support the Financial Accountant with daily receipting of invoices and reconciliation via Xero as well as assisting the team with a wide variety of admin duties including but not limited to mailbox monitoring, formatting course material, providing Reception relief, monitoring ticket systems and updating the CRM no two days are the same in this role.

- Your ability to multi-task and maintain a positive “can do” attitude will be paramount in this fast-paced environment. Friendly and outgoing with strong administration experience in this fast-paced environment, flexible with the ability to work collaboratively within a small team. Xero & PowerPoint is ideal for ensuring meetings and events run smoothly. You will have previous experience in administration and a bonus if you have your First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
