**About the role**
As the Account Manager, you will deliver on Sales & Profit Targets by securing and growing our largest end user accounts end user accounts through site and category expansion. You will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of accounts valued at $8M+ with a mix of executing key account direction and leading state based accounts.
**Further responsibilities**
- Spending time generating new business for Kimberly-Clark
- Preserve current business, shifts product mix to improve margin and commercialize new end user business online
- Collaborate with team to achieve targeted profitability, growth and churn KPI’s
- Execute business plans and drive top line growth with new and existing end user customers
- Engage and sell qualified new end user prospects provided through demand generation activities and Strategic Accounts teams
- Commercialise new account programs within an assigned segment or geography that delivers greater program compliance and new sales revenue
- Maintain and grow an existing group of assigned end user locations in order to achieve their financial and customer business objectives.
- Create relationships with customers in order to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at end user accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
- Creates awareness and demand for KCP’s value propositions and platforms, and builds customer capability, through virtual training webinars and joint calls.
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with KCP Field Sales Team and KCP Channel Partners (DSRs) concerning all issues, concerns and opportunities that could impact business performance.
- Developing sales strategies to acquire potential new buyers or end using customers.
- Ongoing collaboration with Digital Sales and outside sales professionals to drive end user growth and customer loyalty
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years’ experience of sales, B2B and/or distribution experience a plus but not required
- Strong business development & sales skills
- Proven experience using video technology to engage potential sales targets
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Well-developed collaboration and communication skills
- Business Planning and Tactical Execution. Including profitability scenario analysis, setting sales strategy and driving initiatives
- Building and managing internal and external customer relationships
- Business and Financial Acumen
- Building a Business Case and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Conduct virtual webinars and training sessions
- Should be expert in using CRM software and other common computer software such as Power Point, MS Word, Outlook and MS Excel
**Desirable**:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and financial metrics
- Work independently to create and drive compelling strategic business plans while working in a team-selling environment
- Demonstrated success in managing sales opportunity pipelines and lead management
- Communicating across organizational teams and functions to drive results and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of distribution channels and targeted segments (Manufacturing, Offices, Healthcare)
- Identifying problems and trends, drawing connections between data, and resourcefully taking action to solve problems and drive results
- Ability to explain and articulate relevant business and technical trends to internal and external customers.
