What you’ll do

We are looking for a Coordinator - Trade Transport for our Laverton North Trade and Fulfilment Centre

Reporting to the Fulfilment Centre Operations Manager, you will be is responsible for ensuring that safety, quality and service is managed effectively via management of all trade delivery related activities.
- Drive performance, ensure timely deliveries and meet service level indicators for our commercial customers, enabling great service to our stores and direct customers alike
- Ensure a safe work culture is developed and maintained within the site and your team
- Work with outbound carriers to reinforce service levels including last mile deliveries
- Build and maintain a robust schedule with inbound suppliers and provide regular and consistent feedback on driver performance to the TCC

Who we’re looking for

You will bring previous experience in leadership, the ability to work within a cross functional team. You will have a strong commitment to excellent internal and external customer service.

Your strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively, will support to lead and motivate others to achieve their best.

You'll Need:

- Proven experience in a leadership role in a similar or equivalent position across, trade or commercial, outbound deliveries or transport
- Logistics or Supply Chain background is preferable
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire others, along with conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work with key suppliers and internal customers to achieve corporate objectives and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence internally across function areas and externally to achieve effective outcomes
