**Remuneration**:PACCT 5.1 $80,778.82 incl super

**About The Role**:
The Enquiries and Admissions Officer guides students through the enrolment process, from initial enquiry to finalising payment. This includes:
**We are excited about you because you have**:

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence.
- Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within two years) **OR **have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A)Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed

Individuals with a secondary education degree can deliver training in any VET context 'under supervision'. If they want to be qualified trainer and assessor they need to hold the assessor skill set (TAE55000019) OR the TAESS00024 - VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set
