Overnight Front Office Supervisor

As an **Overnight Front Office Supervisor **at The Star Grand and residences, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals in our iconic and prestigious property. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the Front Office Operations on the overnight shift

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and the hotel team.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Leading, motivating and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service
- Ensure the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team
- Respond to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence
- Encourage a positive working relationship between departments and team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality environment is advantageous
- Knowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar
- Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately
- Second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous
- Flexible availability to work night shifts from11pm - 7:30am shift
