**Your opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Receptionist **to join the team on our Executive Floor. You will be based in our impressive modern reception/ executive meeting area above Westfield Sydney, where you will be responsible for meeting/greeting guests, booking meeting rooms, assisting with a variety of administration tasks and ensuring the smooth operations of the Executive floor for our external and internal guests.
**Your key accountabilities will include**:
- Meeting and greeting visitors/clients upon their arrival
- Setting up of meeting rooms & organising drinks/catering/events
- Assisting with IT troubleshooting - connecting Microsoft Teams meetings, PowerPoint presentations etc
- Oversight of all internal meeting rooms - cleanliness/tidiness
**What will set **you **apart from the rest?**
- Confident in meeting new people face to face
- Confident in speaking on the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as a Reception or Administrator or similar is highly desired
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Able to work full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm at our Sydney CBD location
