Reporting to the Marketing Manager, in this crucial role you will take responsibility for assisting in the development, delivery and execution of the marketing planning and programs for one of ours biggest brands.

As one of Australia’s most iconic brands Victoria Bitter has some exciting times ahead with big culture driving activity, national sponsorship properties to execute & supporting our consumers passion for the brand. We are excited for what the months to come will bring and need an enthusiastic, driven and passionate Assistant Brand Manager to help us reach our goals.

**Your Impact**:

- Support the direction of Victoria Bitter marketing programs
- Budget prioritisation and agency management
- Input into 'go to market' strategies for campaigns
- Develop and manage sponsorship leverage and experiential programs for the bran
- Analysis of brand performance & brand health, with recommended actions to optimise & improve
- The execution of key brand related projects
- Management of key internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the administration of financial budgets

Working closely with the broader marketing and sales teams, you will lead the communication and engagement for all brand strategies and key portfolio initiatives including building key relationships with sales to ensure trade marketing activations and implemented seamlessly.

- You thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and make effective decisions
- Build and leverage strong relationships across both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Strong focus on engaging Sales is required
- Ensure all activity developed is on brand strategy
- Management of significant A&P budget
- Experience with business tools such as IRI is desirable
- Basic understanding of key commercial / financial / accounting principles
- Ensure all internal & external approval processes are followed
