We’re on the lookout for an experienced **Retail Supervisor** to lead our bustling Produce Store. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our friendly and energetic team to create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Retail Produce Store
- Leading, training, and motivating a dynamic team
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
- Managing stock, POS, and store presentation to the highest standard
- Setting clear priorities and ensuring smooth daily operations

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a high-volume retail or produce store environment
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, confident presence under pressure
- A people person with a positive attitude and magnetic personality
- Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and a genuine love of hospitality

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
