Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay is set on an 80-acre working farm and macadamia orchard, with sweeping views of the hinterland and Byron's iconic lighthouse. We're part of a passionate, down-to-earth restaurant group that values sustainability, great food, and genuine hospitality.

We're on the lookout for an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead our bustling Produce Store. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our friendly and energetic team to create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Retail Produce Store
  • Leading, training, and motivating a dynamic team
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
  • Managing stock, POS, and store presentation to the highest standard
  • Setting clear priorities and ensuring smooth daily operations

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a high-volume retail or produce store environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, confident presence under pressure
  • A people person with a positive attitude and magnetic personality
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and a genuine love of hospitality
