**RELIABILITY AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER - RICHLANDS**

This is a rare gem of an opportunity to join us in this role of **Reliability and Maintenance Manager** where you will be responsible for the reliability and maintenance of a beverage plant operating 24/7. The role is based at our bustling Richlands site, with start/finish times flexible to suit the needs of the business and you.

**What will you be doing?**
- Initiate and implement process and routines to continually improve the reliability and maintenance function on site, while complying with CCEP OHS and GMP policies and standards.
- Liaise with other functions to identify key issues affecting line performance and develop solutions and execute actions to rectify these.
- Manage the R&M financials for site; forecasting budget and controlling cost expenditure.
- Ensure maintenance activities are effectively and efficiently planned, managed and delivered to meet business requirements.
- Ensure maintenance Asset Care KPI’s are communicated to the maintenance team to clarify expectations and any non-conformance addressed in a timely manner.

**What are we looking for?**
- An inclusive and compassionate leader who will foster positive team culture.
- Tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline or Trade Qualifications with the relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Tertiary Qualifications.
- 10+ years senior leadership experience in Beverage or FMCG Supply Chain, within a unionised workforce.
- Regulatory and legal compliance knowledge and understanding the implications for the business.
- Good interpersonal, coaching and stakeholder management abilities required to build the necessary relationships across the business.
