**About the Role**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize telephony systems and CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating and managing up to six different systems simultaneously.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and achieve service level goals.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a consistent and high standard of administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have paid working with children check.
