**About the Roles**:
**1. Experienced Shed Builders (Full-Time, In-House)**

**Pay**: From $30 - $45 per hour (depending on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble sheds and outdoor structures
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in shed building or a similar construction role
- Ability to interpret blueprints and confidently use hand and power tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to mentor junior team members

**2. Subcontractor Crews (Contract Basis)**

**Pay**: Competitive rates based on project scope

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage the full assembly of sheds and outdoor structures according to provided specifications
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the quality expected by Dependable Sheds
- Provide all necessary tools and equipment required for project completion
- Maintain clear, professional communication with Dependable Sheds' project managers and staff

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Established subcontractor crews with proven shed-building or similar construction experience
- Capability to manage projects autonomously, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Comprehensive understanding of construction blueprints, plans, and industry standards
- Strong commitment to site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Reliable, self-motivated teams with a track record of satisfied customers

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
