**FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATION OFFICER**

We are excited to be seeking a new administration person to join our team in our Mansfield QLD office.

**THE POSITION**

Our Brisbane operation is seeking a Service Administration Officer to provide administration support for our local Service team. If you have worked in a service administration role and have a professional, positive attitude with an enthusiastic approach to work, this role could be for you. Experience in a similar service industry, working within the commercial property sector (HVAC, fire, electrical or plumbing) would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities lie in coordinating our service administration functions, controlling allocated works and supporting our administration and service teams with a variety of tasks.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be successful in this position, you will need to be a motivated individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude. We will require you to possess**:

- A professional phone manner
- A detailed knowledge of PC’s office suite in a windows-based environment
- Skills to cross-reference
- A confident user of Excel
- Confidence working within various client / contractor portals (widely used in the commercial property industry)
- Accounts database knowledge (ABM experience highly regarded, not essential)

- Be extremely well organised and have great time-management skills
- Effective listening skills
- Confidence in speaking
- The ability to be flexible in dealing with multiple tasks
- Be proactive in all aspects of your role
- Attention to detail
