We're seeking a Microsoft 365 Learning Specialist to join our Digital Workplace team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The team is focused on increasing productivity and improving how staff work digitally in a hybrid and mobile work environment.

This position will provide learning support for the suite of tools used at KPMG to enable virtual collaboration and productivity. This includes Microsoft Teams, M365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Forms and Planner.

**Your key areas of focus will be**
- Facilitating regular group and 1:1 virtual training sessions on Microsoft 365 products
- Writing performance support materials including quick reference guides, FAQs and detailed process guides
- Providing product support to the business for our suite of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
- Providing advice to internal customers on the best tools to meet their needs
- Managing queries that come via the Functional Mailbox or Viva Engage communities
- Managing and updating intranet content
- Learning Management System administration
- Supporting strategic projects implementing tools such as M365 Copilot, SharePoint Advanced Management and Microsoft Purview
- Helping embed the use of Microsoft 365 tools across the business

- Experience facilitating engaging training sessions via video conference / virtual classroom
- Strong written skills with a concise, direct style and a technology focus
- Experience using Microsoft 365 products such as Teams, Planner and SharePoint Online
- Ability to transform technical terminology and processes into everyday language
- Self-motivation with a proactive attitude and approach to work and providing solutions
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly assimilate information
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
- Training / L&D certification/qualification (desirable)
- Experience with LMS administration (desirable)
- Interest or experience with video content creation (desirable)
