**The community you will join**:
Based in Brisbane, and reporting to the Manager of Technical Competency and Training, with one direct report, you'll be joining a dedicated technical training team within our (OSD) division.

**Your expertise**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in instructional design, education, or a related field, or a lesser qualification with significant experience.
- At least 3 years related experience in designing, developing, and evaluating learning solutions for technical competencies.

**We’d also love you to have**:

- Queensland Electrical Licence.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications related studies.
