
Technical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business prospects using various industry resources and networks.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our products, as well as competitor offerings and broader market movements.
- Regularly meet with existing and potential clients/businesses to uncover sales opportunities and build relationships.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and propose suitable solutions that address their business challenges.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and report insights to management.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and finalise sales agreements.
- Coordinate delivery logistics and oversee the installation or deployment of products and services.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring clients are satisfied and issues are promptly resolved.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- At least 3 year of highly relevant employment at an appropriate skill level in the last five years.
- Strong understanding of electronic security and networking products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
