Cam Can is an organisation which provides individualised, innovative and flexible support arrangements for people who have a disability so they can pursue a lifestyle of their choice in the community.

We are seeking to build on a strong team of Supports for a middle aged man who lives in his own home in Lesmurdie. He is a sociable, curious and energetic fellow who enjoys swimming, riding his bike, golf and sharing time with his family.

The position would ideally suit males who are organised, resilient, patient and kind with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

**Essential Criteria**:

- The ability to work within a team and complete support notes, incident reports, and other Member related documents.
- The ability to understand and implement strategies from a positive behaviour support plans to support this man to achieve his goals and enjoy his life.
- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the willingness to obtain.

Support times are 8-10 hours and normally start at 8am or 9am.

Days currently available are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $37.00 - $74.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
