**Your role**

The Manager of Commercials will work under the guidance of the Director of Governance to help develop, maintain, and execute the Program’s Commercial/Procurement Plan. Using their expertise in commercial, procurement, and project management, they will collaborate closely with the Director of Governance and various functional, technical, and change teams. Their main goal will be to identify, engage, and manage suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the Program’s Commercial/Procurement Plan.

**What you’ll do**

Your role is to:

- Identify supply needs and research potential suppliers with stakeholders.
- Support the Director of Governance in market procurement activities.
- Act as the main point of contact, communicating pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers.
- Source suppliers, draft necessary commercial/procurement documents, and prepare cost-benefit analysis reports.
- Help negotiate procurement contracts with chosen vendors and suppliers.
- Generate monthly supply cost reports and any other required reports for myWorkZone program governance.
- Stay updated on vendor and supplier activities across myWorkZone.
- Identify and report any issues with supplier progress and delivery.
- Collaborate with business representatives to develop and engage suppliers based on procurement needs.

**What we’re looking for**
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the Program and across different layers of Cluster business.
- Manage the Program’s commercial/procurement budget, incorporating input from various Program and Cluster business teams.
- Stay updated on vendor and supplier activities within myWorkZone.
- Identify and report any issues with supplier progress and delivery.
- Collaborate with business representatives to develop and engage suppliers based on procurement needs.
- Track and monitor supplier performance.
- Mentor and advise the team on commercial/procurement practices.
