**Event Manager**

Spacecubed is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to join its team on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of events, from conception to completion
- Ensure seamless execution and exceptional experiences for all participants
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to communicate event objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes.
- Research and secure venues, vendors, and suppliers for events, negotiating contracts and managing relationships
- Oversee content creation, collateral development, and promotional materials for events

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Event Planning, or related field
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing challenges
- Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with innovation ecosystem and start ups would be highly regarded.
- Possess dynamic personality with a strong customer service focus
- Process and detailed oriented.

**Application Process**:
Pay: $73,150.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
