**Recruitment Consultant Australia (Brisbane)**
**Salary $85,000 AUD**

**The Role**:
**Objectives**:

- To develop business relationships with new and existing clients to maximise sales opportunities
- To work with colleagues across all of our offices to maximise the number of filled jobs for both existing and new clients
- To provide a quality service to all clients, consultants and colleagues
- To meet weekly and monthly performance criteria

**Responsibilities**:

- To develop new clients through a range of sales related activities
- To deploy consultants into suitable roles
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients to secure on going and additional business
- To negotiate fee pay and charge rates
- To complete the agreed number of client calls per week
- To produce weekly performance reports
- To ensure all client records and purchase orders are up to date
- To prepare shortlists for job vacancies
- To strive to achieve and then exceed your predefined sales targets
- To contribute fully to the goals of the business
- To assist other colleagues with development of wider services and products
- To offer emergency contact cover on a rota basis

**About you**:

- You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a sales or recruitment environment
- A background in the energy and/or technology sector would be advantageous but not essential
- You’ll have excellent communication skills, with a fantastic telephone manner and the outstanding ability to build rapport with clients
- You will be confident in using IT systems with experience in database management
- You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and possess excellent time management, negotiation and prioritisation skills
- You will thrive on providing amazing customer service in a target driven environment and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
- You’ll display an appreciation of health and safety practices and company standards

Supplemental pay types:

- Brisbane, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
