APG are looking for an experienced, Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Springwood Branch to continue in building our increasing client base.

At APG, our team focus is based on working together to achieve a common goal in a fast-paced work environment and we are looking for a consultant with the ability to drive and add to our expanding client base. We are looking for a consultant with strong relationship building skills who understands the needs of the local area.

**You must have**:

- More than 1 year experience in blue collar recruitment role working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation both face to face and over the phone.
- An eye for detail and work outside the box.
- Quick thinking to find solutions

**Your duties will be**
- Build relationships with current clients on a daily basis.
- Completing on site inductions
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Client/WHS visits and reporting for client sites.
- Must be excellent on Computer systems.
- Monthly Reports both Internal and External.
