- Co-managing, animating and training the Boutique team in order to achieve the Boutique’s target and monitoring the results
- Behaving as a Piaget Ambassador inside and outside the Boutique and coaching the team in the realization of their own business leads
- Having a strong client orientation in order to provide an unforeseen level of client service and a personalized client experience to always create a “wow-effect”

- You are business and results-driven and like to constantly challenge yourself and your team
- You possess a proven experience in people management
- You have a strong experience in establishing and growing strong client relationships
- You have excellent communication skills, take initiatives, are a true problem-solver
