**Associate General Manager - Integration, Digital and Analytics Platform and Modern Apps**

Location: Melbourne

**The following is a brief role mandate of the Associate General Manager**:

- Part of the Customer Experience and Modern Apps Practice for HCL’s Digital and Analytics for ANZ region.
- The role is to understand and design solutions to customer’s requirement related to digital transformation (right from understanding the problem statement, doing requirement gathering, design, front end solutions, Proof of concepts (POCs), client demos, digital marketing to achieve customer experience led digital transformation).
- Engaging with Centre of Excellence (CoE), Pre-Sales, Architects, and Marketing teams for delivering the Request For Proposals (RFP), Request For Information (RFI) responses
- Responsible for Analyzing the requirements, recommend project and tool selection, preparing the Project estimations, Project Sizing, Project Plans, Execution models, Delivery model and program governance
- Should be a certified solutions architect in the cloud platform, Certified Scrum Master
- Own and setup platform analytics in the tooling of choice of customer and work to migrate relevant data, merge site profiles to create single view of visitors, create relevant dashboards for insight across journeys.

**Mandatory Skills**

**2. **At least 8-10 years of direct delivery experience in analysis and design of solutions leveraging best in class **Integration Middleware solutions, Integration patterns, Cloud migration solutions, Application development, visual design, and DevOps (including monitoring) etc.,**

3. Extensive knowledge of various architectural patterns and best practices for implementing best in class, real time customer experiences encompassing Design, UI frameworks, CMS, Analytics, Personalization etc. using platforms for clients.

4. In-Depth Hands-on **Consulting and Delivery experience** leading large Integration Programs, Cloud programs, Product Engineering programs and working closely with customers, product owners, designers, UI teams to shape best in class customer experiences.

**5. **At least 3-5 years of direct delivery experience in guiding and leading teams in the Product Engineering using **.Net, C#, React, Azure, LogicApps, Function Apps**, **Mainframes, DB2, JCL, CICS,** **and** **DevOps** etc.,

6. Prior experience in a role that requires engagement with and presentation to senior, C Level audiences and ability to act as a thought-leader, advisor in Digital and Analytics space, deliver presentations in forums such as webinars and analyst events.

7. Working knowledge in Custom UI solutions (using Angular and/or React), Experience Platform Products (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, CDP etc.) and Software Engineering, Application Operations through DevOps, Test Automation, Monitoring

**Education Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree from top tier Engineering schools.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience on below indicated skillset.
- Extensive Experience in designing successful experience platform solutions at scale
- Extensive Experience in designing B2B and B2C Customer Experience Platform Solutions.
- Extensive hands-on experience working with clients conducting Workshops and Service Design workshops for creating best in class solutions for clients in Cloud and On-premises environments such as AWS
- Working Knowledge and Experience in Digital Operating Model and Agile Methodologies of Spotify, Scaled Agile Framework etc.
- Relevant certifications would be preferred

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
