Are you ready to take your hospitality experience and rostering knowledge to new heights? SkyPoint, perched on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s Q1 building, is seeking a dynamic Staffing and Scheduler to join our extraordinary team

As the heartbeat of our operations, you'll be the key voice in ensuring our amazing team at SkyPoint thrives. From managing staffing levels to facilitating seamless operations, your role will be crucial in maintaining the exceptional standards that define SkyPoint. Your responsibilities will include crafting efficient rosters within budget constraints, supporting the team through inquiries and absences, and analysing data to optimize staffing operations. You'll also play a pivotal role in recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives, ensuring our team members are equipped to deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests.

We are searching for a Staffing and Scheduler on a 6 month max term contract with the possibility of extension. This position will support our operations team and be the key contact for the amazing team that work at SkyPoint. The Venue Staffing and Scheduler is responsible for facilitating efficient staffing levels throughout the business which is achieved through:

- Developing rosters within budget and compliance with our Enterprise Agreement;
- Support team through enquiries and managing absences;
- Monitor daily staffing operations and labour costs adjusting accordingly;
- Generate staffing reports and analyse data for trends and patterns;
- Forward plan to ensure an appropriate pool of team members to fulfil business requirements;
- Support operations in the effective recruitment and onboarding of new team members;
- Oversee team training and ensure training compliance and qualifications are up to date;
- Maintain accurate records including absenteeism and personnel information.
- Previous experience building rosters;
- Strong administrative skills including sound computer proficiency;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Highly organised with the ability to self-motivate and meet deadlines autonomously;
- Exceptional collaborator with multiple stakeholders and positions;
- Maintain confidentially with sensitive information;
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding experience for our guests and team.
- Familiarity with rostering and attendance system Tanda highly regarded.
