Events & Entertainment Assistant

Cross Promotions is an entertainment & events company based on the Gold Coast, QLD. We're on the lookout for a dynamic team player to join us in delivering some of Australia's most exciting entertainment experiences and live event programs.

From music festivals to boutique venue activations, you'll help coordinate entertainment programming, artist bookings, and casual event staff. You'll work closely with our entertainment and operations teams across multiple venues and national events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Well-organized go-getter with a natural ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
  • Forward-thinker with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Enthusiastic team player ready to dive into various responsibilities.
  • Easy-going with a good sense of humour
  • Some experience in entertainment, events, or hospitality (bonus points).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate entertainment schedules and bookings.
  • Manage communications between artists and venues.
  • Assist with staffing and advancing for events.
  • Support development of new event concepts and activations.
  • Keep internal systems and calendars up to date.
