Troocoo are excited to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit their next Customer Service Manager located in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

Managing a team of 3, this will be a hands-on role where you can utilise your customer service expertise. In this role you will handle a range of duties including:

- Support, mentor and motivate customer service staff;
- Plan and coordinate regular meetings and training sessions for the customer service team;
- Roster management;
- First point of call for escalated customer service complaints;
- Analyse and compile customer data;
- Monitor daily activities of customer service operations;
