**Opportunity**

RIB are excited to offer the opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (Technical) / Cutomer Care Consultant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional technical customer support services to RIB clients, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- As part of a global team, provide technical support services including handling support phone calls and tickets, and performing remote software assistance if required.
- Raise, analyse, track and resolve support incidents for customers.
- Work with the software development team on problems requiring developer input.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an external customer facing support function, for example in a call center or customer helpdesk.
- Customer focused, with a positive attitude and very high standards in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Technically minded with a good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office and browsers web technologies
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Knowledge or experience in the following will be an advantage:

- Basic knowledge of computer networking
- Basic understanding of Windows server and desktop administration
- Experience in CAD software;
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex IT issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge or experience in the Construction industry will be considered advantageous but not essential.
