**Job Description/Responsibilities**: Supply Chain Manager (Australian logistics and distribution). Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop supply chain logistics modelling for Vandapac Australia.
- Develop new supply strategies and plan/manage projects.
- Interface with Vandapac Thailand’s manufacturing plant in Amata City Chonburi, Thailand.
- Communicate Vandapac Thailand’s proprietary IP for Australian OEM delivery and compliance.
- Integrate and maintain Vandapac Thailand’s proprietary production systems into sales training methodology for Australian staff.
- Maintain a regulatory Australian Database relative to Vandapac Thailand’s proprietary IP.
- Work with Australian Staff to maintain and improve Australian IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs relative to logístical requirements.
- Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle.
- Use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements.
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
- Manage and train Australian staff.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers relative to proprietary OEM standards, supply logistics and regulatory requirements.
- Develop business by analysing logístical issues and producing new solutions.
- Set objectives, budgetary levels and establish opportunities by research into the Australian competitor marketplace.
- Provide a connecting logístical link with Vandapac Thailand’s operating departments and the Australian operation including Sales Manufacturing and Finance.
- Provide intuitive and creative solutions around OEM needs.
- Develop deep knowledge of client and potential client requirements for product and delivery.
- Utilise Vandapac Thailand’s proprietary knowledge to maximise efficiencies relative to production distribution and sales for the Australian operation.
- **Have a strong command of the Thai language and ensure the required actions are being executed in Thailand according with Australian supply chain needs**.

**Skills and experience**: Most applicants should have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
