We are looking for a **Siebel Enhanced Support - Lead Functional Consultant **to join the team in Adelaide.

**Siebel Enhanced Support - Lead Functional Consultant**
- Preferred 10+ years IT industry and Siebel experience.
- The ability to manage and lead a small and effective team to deliver customized and effective solutions for the client.
- Experience throughout the software development life cycle and Siebel Application support.
- Experience building integration modules and frameworks for Siebel and familiarity of Siebel implementations and integration workflows.
- Experience with supporting large scale Siebel Enterprise installations.
- Training and mentoring of new staff members relating to Siebel Application Support.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with the client, within DXC, and with the supporting vendors.
- This is a client facing role involving reporting to DXC management and Client executives on various aspects of the business requirements.

**Qualifications / Experience & Skills Requirements**
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of requirements gathering and analysis
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of DXC Management and client executives
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong analytical / performance interpretation skills
