Production Supervisor

**Your role**

CSL Seqirus is a transcontinental partner in pandemic preparedness and a major contributor to the prevention of influenza globally, with extensive research and production expertise and manufacturing plants in the USA, UK and Australia.

Our scientists continue to optimize these innovative technologies whilst working on longer-term transformational approaches to influenza protection.

Based at our Parkville Facility and reporting to the Team Leader Formulations, the **Production Supervisor** is responsible for completing tasks assigned in the daily production plan in accordance with cGMP and CSL Seqirus Quality Management systems.

**Your responsibilities**
- Coach, develop and train staff, including performing CAS reviews, to achieve high levels of competency and compliance
- Plan and mange raw materials and equipment to ensure they are available at all times
- Ensure all quality records, including batch records, are properly completed and maintained, and review supporting documentation
- Participate and respond to internal and external audits
- Assist in the investigation and completion of Manufacturing Deviations, as well as assisting in the change control process
- Support a safe work environment in compliance with Seqirus policies, procedures and statutory obligations including wearing all relevant Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring staff adhere to the same standards.

**Your experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred but work experience in a regulated manufacturing industry will also be considered
- At least 1 years experience in leading and managing a team
- Experience in meeting production targets and objectives or similar experience in a manufacturing environment
