**Full-Time Sourdough Baker - South Nowra**

Looking for a better work-life balance? At Berry Sourdough Bakery, our bakers work **day shifts only (11am-7pm)** and always have **Sundays off.**

We’re looking for a passionate **full-time baker** to join our team at our modern, purpose-built wholesale bakery in South Nowra. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, learn different areas of the bakery, and advance your career.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous baking experience (sourdough experience highly regarded)
- Familiarity with bread-making processes and bakery equipment (mixers, dividers, cutters, rounders, sheeters)
- Physical strength and stamina (lifting up to 20kg)
- A team player with initiative, problem-solving skills, and motivation
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workplace
