Baker

Want to work **day shifts 11am - 7pm?**

We are looking for a baker to fill gaps especially over summer making sourdough and pastry products in our purpose built wholesale production site in South Nowra.

**Experience preferred**:

- Previous hands-on baking experience
- An understanding of bread making processes, ideally Sourdough
- Experience producing pastry (croissants etc) and pies & sausage rolls will be well regarded
- Operating bakery equipment and machinery (mixers, divider, cutter, rounder, sheeter)
- Possess physical strength and stamina to regularly lift items weighing up to 20kgs.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated.
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
- A commitment to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Pay is commensurate with your experience and skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.68 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
