Nowra, Australia Flour Water Salt Bakery Full time

Want to work **day shifts 11am - 7pm? **Sundays guaranteed off?

We are looking for a baker/bakers to fill some gaps making sourdough in our purpose built wholesale production site in South Nowra.

Full time & Part time available. With the opportunity for advancement and learning new skills in the different bakery areas.

**Experience preferred**:

- Previous hands-on baking experience
- A basic understanding of bread making processes, ideally Sourdough
- Operating bakery equipment and machinery (mixers, divider, cutter, rounder, sheeter)
- Possess physical strength and stamina to regularly lift items weighing up to 20kgs.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated.
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
- A commitment to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Applicants for Apprenticeship will also be considered.

Pay is commensurate with your experience and skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.68 per hour
