**The Company**

Stella is a very busy marine manufacturing, refit and sales company, we specialize in manufacturing our own products for the marine industry and distributing those products both nationally and internationally.

In addition to manufacturing our own products, we have numerous agencies for world leading brands, that we import and distribute throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We also have a service arm that works on various vessels performing engineering, refit and repair work. We have a fully equipped workshop with CNC machine shop, fabrication shop and fitting shop.

**About the Role**

Working in a close-knit environment, this is a pivotal role where you will be the support to various departments. We have implemented a new ERP management software system and we require an individual to drive the data entry for the purchasing side of the system, attention to detail is a necessity.

Duties will include:

- Purchase order entries, submitting orders to suppliers etc
- Backup to the Office manager and admin team, who need a capable person who has an eye for detail and a thirst for learning.
- Assist in the development of the new Enterprise Resource Management program through the business.

**The Applicant will need**:

- A thirst to learn new skills and programs
- Have good Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Good phone manner
- Time management skills and be organized
- Ability to ensure tasks completed to a high standard without the necessity for constant supervision and reminders
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Have a high level of personal initiative and Self-Motivation.
