**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity at our Regency Park site to be a part of the estimation and item creation team and assist with the implementation and integration of the new quoting software system.

This team ensures the timely creation of quotes, items and costs across all required Flexibles division sites in Microsoft Dynamics D365.

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Preparation of quotes
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering Specification, Artwork and other related documents
- Calculates costs by defining the correct Materials, required Labour Steps and Time Requirements
- Liaises with technical and factory staff to ensure Labour and Machine requirements are accurate
- Presents calculation to Sales
- Maintains estimation database with latest materials standards
- Conducts regular reviews of Labour Timings with Operations
- Work as a team member at Regency Park site on other support tasks as required including administration tasks and stocktakes

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role**:

- Proficient in ERP Systems preferably, Microsoft AX or Microsoft D365
- Intermediate skill set - Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Exposure to a SKU intensive, complex category environment
- Results oriented.
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Commercially minded
