**The Opportunity**:
Location: Working from home as part of a national team

Each day will be a little different, but your key tasks and responsibilities will include
- Manage the development of rosters for services that are compliant with legislative requirements, staff availability, client needs and funding limitations. This includes all NDIS, CCOSM, Work safe and TAC clients
- Ensure client and staff permanent rosters for all locations and accommodation services are accurate
- Update and maintain in Carelink and Carelink GO staff, client and other contacts data as required
- Resolution of staff and client roster issues in line with legislative requirements
- Staff leave and workforce management
- Provide central point of call and resolution for vacant shift management
- Manage prompt allocation of shifts ensuring ongoing engagement of all casuals
- Ensure allocation of employee shifts is distributed fairly, with priority given to PPT employees
- Escalate employee concerns or complaints around shift allocations as appropriate
- Manage Shift approval process - work with Payroll. This is also ensuring automatic shift approvals are being followed.
- Manage client approval process - work with billing.
- Manage FTE requirements aligned with both funding and client requirements.
- Understand the utilization of client funding and report back to management

**What you will bring to the role**
- Excellent organisation skills and can prioritise tasks and balance multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the Carelink rostering system
- Person-centred - Recognise, respect, and respond to the rights, interests, and requests of people we support.
- Self-management - take responsibility for your own behaviour and well-being
- Collaborative team player - works well with others, by doing what is needed to strive for a common goal. Includes the national management team. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, staff, customer family and friends, funding bodies, doctors, case managers and other allied healthcare professionals.
- Communication - Use clear and polite communication strategies to build relationships of trust
- Computer literacy - Understanding of Carelink, good use of excel needed.
- Diversity experience - experience supporting people with disability, including diverse and indigenous backgrounds
- Motor Vehicle - an Australian driver’s licence

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Records Check
- Current drivers’ licence and availability of a registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Evidence of work rights
- Current COVID Vaccination Status
